Shipping and returns

Some items ship from New York, USA and others from Toronto, Canada. Shipping is free within the United States and Canada. Most items are made to order and are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges. For any order outside North America, please contact us before purchasing.

Orders may ship in one parcel or in multiple parcels depending on stock and production. You may receive separate tracking numbers if your order ships from both New York and Toronto.

Processing times vary by product. Made-to-order items generally require a few weeks for production before shipment and are generally stated on the product page. Ready-to-ship items are typically dispatched within two to four business days. Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

Domestic shipments within the US and Canada are free of charge and sent via tracked ground service. Delivery usually takes three to eight business days once dispatched, though remote destinations may require additional time. 

We currently offer international shipping outside North America by request only. Contact us with your shipping address and items of interest for a quote. All duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient. If you decline to pay import charges and the parcel returns to us, we will refund the product price for eligible ready-to-ship items, less all shipping, return, and handling costs. Made-to-order items remain final sale under these circumstances.

Orders can be cancelled or edited within twenty-four hours of purchase. After that point, the item will most likely be in production or prepared for dispatch and cannot be changed.

Made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged. Ready-to-ship items may be returned or exchanged if you contact us within fourteen days of delivery. Requests made after fourteen days cannot be accommodated. Returned goods must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in resellable condition with all tags and original packaging intact. Refunds are processed once items are inspected. Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or missing tags will not be accepted.

You may arrange your own tracked return shipping or request a prepaid label from us. If you request a label, the cost will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping is free within the US and Canada; however, any expedited or special shipping services paid for at checkout are non-refundable. Exchanges are generally handled as a return and repurchase, or as a direct size swap when stock is available.

To begin a return, contact us with your order number and details. We will confirm eligibility and provide instructions. Pack items securely with all original tags and documentation, then ship using a tracked service. You are responsible for the parcel until it reaches us. For international returns outside North America, we can generate a return label and deduct the cost from your refund. If you arrange your own return, you are responsible for all duties and taxes incurred upon re-import.

We aim to represent product colours as accurately as possible, though variations may occur due to photography and device displays. Such differences are not considered defects.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Please note that customs checks, carrier backlogs, and local delivery conditions may cause delays outside our control. International customers are responsible for any duties or taxes charged by local authorities, and these must be paid before the parcel is released for delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within forty-eight hours of delivery. Provide photos of the packaging, shipping label, and the item. We will review and determine whether to repair, replace, or refund.

Once a parcel is marked delivered, responsibility transfers to the recipient. We cannot be held liable for lost or stolen shipments after delivery confirmation. If your package is lost before delivery, we will work with the carrier to initiate a trace or claim.

If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, repeated failed delivery attempts, or refusal, we can reship at your expense or issue a refund for eligible ready-to-ship items minus shipping and handling costs. Made-to-order items are not refundable in these situations.

Orders containing both ready-to-ship and made-to-order products may be split into separate shipments. You will receive tracking information for each package.
