Shipping
Some items ship from New York, USA and others from Toronto, Canada. Shipping is free within the United States and Canada. Most items are made to order and are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges.
Processing times vary by product. Made-to-order items generally require a few weeks for production before shipment and are generally stated on the product page. Ready-to-ship items are typically dispatched within two to four business days.
We currently offer international shipping outside North America by request only. Contact us with your shipping address and items of interest for a quote. All duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns
Made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged. Ready-to-ship items may be returned or exchanged if you contact us within fourteen days of delivery.
You may arrange your own tracked return shipping or request a prepaid label from us. If you request a label, the cost will be deducted from your refund. To begin a return, contact us with your order number and details. We will confirm eligibility and provide instructions.
